Verron
The artist Verron, born in 1960, has devoted himself to constructivist painting. His works consist of abstract color surfaces that only combine into a complex motif when viewed as a whole. The realization of his motifs is straightforward, clear and direct. Verron captures color gradients, blurs, and movements, condenses them to the essentials, and then brings the decisive snapshot to the canvas with his brush. Between 1981 and 1982, he graduated from the Fachoberschule für Gestaltung, followed by design studies, and then taught himself at the Fachhochschule für Design in Aachen until 1997. Since the 1990s, he has been exploring Constructivism and has since followed in the footsteps of Bauhaus artists, Kandinsky, Malevich and the Italian designer group Memphis. Kandinsky in particular is a great source of inspiration for Verron. Verron's artistic work explores the possibilities of constructivism and he has found his very own way to create unique works of color, light and perspective from reduced, elegant forms.
